  • Working with VOR's (Vendors of Record) 

IT Project Management

 

  • Coordinating with Municipal staff and vendors to manage the fulfillment of IT-related projects 
  • Creation of necessary procurement and project implementation workflow documents 
  • Manage contractors and or vendors while on-site for project fulfillment 
  • Provide progress reports to senior staff as required 
  • Manage all stages of the project life cycle 

IT Contract Assessment and Management

 

  • Review of existing IT service and support contracts 
  • Review of current equipment leases 
  • Conduct staff interviews to assess service satisfaction levels
  • Gap analysis of current services provided versus requirements 
  • Facilitate contract service level corrections
  • Development of IT service contract standards  

IT Policies & Procedures

 

  • Review of existing IT-related policies and procedures 
  • New Policy and procedure creation
  • Work with relevant staff to ensure that documents created align with  corporate goals 
  • Refresh of existing policies and procedures

 

IT Governance

  

  • Review of current IT governance structure
